How the automatic servo can seamer works
The conveyor brings filled cans to the machine, and a servo-driven indexing table moves each can into the seaming position under one seaming head. The control program checks that a lid is in place: without one, the can is not seamed and the alarm sounds. A can jam stops the machine, and after the fault is cleared a one-button reset restarts it.
The machine speed is set by a frequency inverter, and the indexing table's torque and speed can be adjusted. It closes cans in air; for vacuum on a conveyor-fed line, compare the LV-135ZFG.
Matching the seamer to your filler
The listed 30–45 cans per minute is the fastest in this family. In a line, the seamer only needs to keep up with the filler before it, so send the filler's output and the conveyor height and direction at the joint. At 35 cans per minute, an 8-hour shift closes 16,800 cans before stops.
Can diameter, height and change parts are defined with your can samples for each format.
What to send for an automatic servo can seamer quotation
These details let us set the machine to your cans and connect it to your line.
- Empty cans and lids of every format, or dimensioned drawings
- The product packed and its fill level
- Target cans per minute and the output of the filler before the seamer
- Conveyor layout, height and direction
- Site supply and compressed air; the machine lists AC 220 V, 50 Hz, 1.3 kW and at least 0.4 MPa
Configuration and scope
We develop the equipment configuration, tooling and integration around your product, pack format and production requirements.
Included equipment
- Infeed and outfeed conveyor
- Servo-driven indexing table with adjustable torque and speed
- One seaming head
- PLC and touchscreen, with inverter speed control
- Missing-lid alarm, no-lid no-seam and can-jam stop in the control program
Equipment options
- Filling machine and conveyor before the seamer, quoted with the line
Configuration items for engineering review
- Chuck, rollers and guides for each can and lid format you run
- Connection to the filler and conveyor height before the seamer
Machine features
Review these features with our engineering team to select the configuration for your product and packaging requirements.
- Missing-lid alarm, no seaming without a lid, and a machine stop when a can jams.
- Machine speed set by a frequency inverter.
- Indexing table driven by a servo motor, with adjustable torque and speed.
- One-button reset once a fault is cleared.
Working process
The sequence below outlines the packaging process. We coordinate the stations and their order with the selected equipment and line layout.
- Step 1 — The conveyor brings the filled cans to the machine.
- Step 2 — The servo-driven indexing table moves each can into the seaming position.
- Step 3 — The control program checks that a lid is in place: without one, the can is not seamed and the alarm sounds.
- Step 4 — The seaming head closes the can, and the indexing table returns it to the conveyor.

How this fits the Can Seaming Machines process
Can seaming machines close a filled can by rolling the lid's edge and the can's flange into a seam, by hand-loaded station or on a conveyor, and with or without vacuum or nitrogen. The can and lid, the atmosphere in the can and the line output define the scope of a configuration.

Questions buyers ask about this configuration
Short answers to what buyers ask most often when they review a configuration.
How do I get output and dimensions for my product?
Use each specification with its material, format and operating conditions. Our engineers define the output, pack-size range and utilities for your production requirements.
Can I test my product before ordering?
A representative sample test helps resolve material-specific questions before quotation. Please do not ship physical samples until the team has confirmed the quantity needed and where to send them.
Is this the configuration I would receive?
We configure the machine around your product, pack formats and production requirements. Our engineering review defines the model, equipment, options and operating conditions for your project.
