What the WhatsApp link prepares
The website link opens WhatsApp with a draft first message. It names the page you came from, the equipment or product you were viewing where relevant, and a reference ID beginning with LV-. It also leaves space for your product, pack format and dose, and target output. You can edit the draft before sending it, and nothing is sent until you do.

You do not need to select a model before contacting us. Explain the production task and the questions you need to resolve.

Photos, drawings and samples
Photos of the product, the current pack and any existing line are often the quickest way to show what you need. A short video helps when the product is sticky, dusty, fragile or irregular in shape.
When the format is already fixed, send dimensioned drawings or artwork of the bag, pouch, carton, bottle or label. Please do not ship physical samples until the team has confirmed the quantity needed and where to send them.
What happens after you get in touch
The team reviews your message and replies with questions, a suggested packaging route or a request for samples or drawings. When the scope is clear enough, the next step is a proposed configuration and quotation. How quickly this happens depends mainly on how complete the brief is and whether a sample test is needed.
Sensitive information
Share what is needed to discuss the packaging task. Formulations and other confidential details are not needed at the first contact and should not be typed into website links. If a project requires them later, agree with the team how they will be exchanged.
