How the LV-320SY vertical shisha packing machine works

The LV-320SY is a vertical form fill seal machine for small shisha pouches. Film from the reel is formed into a tube, the dosing unit above the forming tube doses 20–100 g of shisha tobacco or paste into it, and the sealing jaws close and cut each pouch. It lists 10–25 bags per minute.

Pouch weight and pouch size

The listed measuring range is 20–100 g, with bags 80–240 mm long and 50–150 mm wide. The bag width is set by the forming set, so each width you run needs its own; the bag length within the listed range is confirmed for your pouch. Hypothetical example: at an assumed 20 bags per minute, an 8-hour shift forms 20 × 480 = 9,600 pouches before stops for film changes, cleaning and rejects. That is a calculation, not a rating.
